   There is no question in my mind that God has honored His pledge to "bless those who bless" the seed of Abraham by abundantly blessing America. At the same time, it is the United States that, for the last at least 20 years, has been spearheading the global effort to force Israel to relinquish its hold over, and claim to, the cradle of Jewish civilization, Israel's biblical heartland, and to allow the establishment on those lands of a Muslim Arab state called Palestine.

• Running against Bush

  The American media's pro-Obama bias is also the consequence of their misrepresentation of outgoing President George W. Bush's record in office. And that misrepresentation too cannot be ascribed merely to the leftist sympathies of the media. For the media are not the source of that misrepresentation. Bush himself is the source of that misrepresentation.

• The End of the Special Relationship?

  Western Europe's almost religious faith in international institutions of open membership, like the U.N., and a declining concern with national sovereignty threaten Israel. International criminal jurisdiction has already rendered Israeli military personnel wary of traveling abroad. Senator Obama frequently demonstrates a similar reverence for the U.N., and has a long list of international treaty obligations to which he is eager to submit the United States.

• Will Barack Obama support Israel?

  Now, why do you suppose a terrorist organization or a rogue state would support one candidate over another? Could it be the knowledge that one candidate is likely to be more anti-Israel than the other? Or that one candidate would respond to terrorism more forcefully than another?

Will it be the Obama who says all the right things about Israel's safety, or will it be the pre-campaign Obama who was comfortable being arount the anti-Israeli elements in our society when it served his political interests? Will it be the Obama who pledges never to put Israel's security in jeopardy, or will it be the Obama who surrounds himself with foreign policy advisors who argue for more "balance" in the Middle East policy of the United States?
